Graham Bowie is a solo David Bowie tribute act from Liverpool, United Kingdom. Graham had an introduction into music at an early age…

He was a church choirboy at St. Peters, Liverpool (the birth place of the Beatles a few years earlier, and also the church that houses Eleanor Rigby’s headstone and grave) from around seven or eight years old. Sadly, Graham’s mums ashes are also scattered here, as she was a great lover of the church and local community too.

By the age of ten, Graham had started to learn learn how to play piano, guitar and trumpet and was fascinated by the Pop Legends of that time, their music – and musical instruments in general. With the increasing ability to create his own music and lyrics too he became fixated with the acoustic guitar, and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Growing up in a family of musicians definitely had its perks!

He also regularly sang along with the many Bowie hits of the time back then, and became subconsciously aware as time passed by, of the uncanny resemblance to the dulcet tones of one of his Heroes.

Throughout his on/off musical career Graham has fronted both Rock and Indie bands, and has only returned to the music scene in the last few years -performing many Bowie hits in his solo set.

After countless comments about his vocal similarity throughout his singing career, as well as his genuine love of David Bowie material, Graham decided that 2016 would see the birth of his tribute act – Graham Bowie. Since unveiling his tribute act, Graham has performed in a wide range of venues both around the UK and abroad – and in most recent years, at some of the biggest and best bars in Sidari, Corfu. This year will also see the launch of his first shows in Cyprus – exciting times ahead!

Graham’s aim is to perform the best of the Greatest Hits of David Bowie and give the audience an experience to remember. Long live the The Thin White Duke!
